Why 60 days? Because it allows for these 3 things. 

  • Adjustment to diet: This can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks. 
  • Build new habits: You learn to replace foods when triggered by cravings and short and intense exercise sessions can actually make you addicted to exercise.  
  • Over 60 days, you will learn the switches to flip so you can maintain this on your own. 

Who is this plan for?
People who want to lose weight but have NOT been able to do so or keep the weight off. 

I really want this plan to work for other people.

I repeat. I really want this plan to work for other people.  I am offering my 60 day weight loss plan as a test. You can have the plan with no financial cost. However, I do ask for this:

  1. We talk on the phone after you have read the plan and before you start. I need to assess if the plan is OK for you to start and also answer questions.
  2. You will take some measurements of your body and send them to me before you start. Just inches and pounds.
  3. You and I will have check-ins via email (or phone or twitter or Facebook if you prefer) to track progress. 
  4. We'll do this across 60 days and then we are done.

Who are you? I am Abe Williams (learn more at abewilliams.com). I have been doing many different kinds of diet and exercise tests on my body since 2007. I can increase or decrease my body fat at will and either add muscle with a little strenth or add little muscle with a lot of strength (there is a difference). I will share this with you.
