$$ foul on ref’s book

All they have to do is show him the money.

Disgraced ex-NBA ref Tim Donaghy wants his publisher to account for the proceeds from his tell-all book about how he bet on games he officiated — and he was joined in his quest yesterday by Brooklyn US Attorney Loretta Lynch.

“I hope the money hasn’t disappeared and, at some point, I’m going to be paid,” Donaghy said.

Lynch’s office yesterday subpoenaed records about the book and its sales from VTi Group Inc., a small Florida publishing house that in December issued Donaghy’s book, “Personal Foul.”

Donaghy’s earnings are supposed to be placed in an escrow account, from which the government will make sure restitution to the NBA and others is paid.

But so far, Donaghy said, VTi Media hasn’t given him or the feds any accounting.
