The gift of giving is the best gift of all. With this wonderful story and gift set you can teach your children to be kind and think of those who are less fortunate than they are. The spirit of Christmas is in all of us.

Drew loves Christmas. It's his favorite time of the year. He loves to see all of the wonderful presents under the tree. Like most kids, he inspects the gifts and sees big bows, shiny bows, small and large boxes and even some that are noisy.

“Do all children get this many presents?” Drew asked. “Well,” said Mama, “Santa always brings each child a gift, but sometime families can't give presents, even if they really want to.”

This saddened Drew and he spent most of the day thinking about how he could help other children have a Christmas with gifts like he did. He writes to a letter to Santa stating that he has toys and clothes he wants to share. Santa left Drew a big jolly bag under the tree along with a letter. Drew filled the bag and it was swept away to the North Pole that night. The elves spruced up the items in preparation to give them to a child in need. Santa left a very special gift for Drew. What do you think it was?

This is a very special story and is based on author Nicky Benson's tradition in her family and is gorgeously illustrated by Jason Cockcroft. This is a wonderful idea and way for parents, teachers, grandparent and caregivers of children to introduce them to the idea and habit of giving to those who are in need.
