Davis, a music industry executive — as well as an entertainment lawyer, sports agent and philanthropist — is also the son of legendary producer Clive Davis and a collector of street art, which is showcased throughout the Vicente Wolf-decorated apartment above Madison Square Park.

The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom renovated condo is 2,168 square feet.

The sunlit unit features custom wood floors, 10-foot ceilings, a gracious entry for entertaining and an open chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The home is smart-wired for light, television and sound. There’s also a master suite with a spa-like limestone bathroom and a separate library/media room.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Holly Parker.
