Ariana Grande’s boyfriend cancels performances after bombing

Mac Miller is canceling his weekend performances in the wake of the suicide bombing that occurred at his girlfriend Ariana Grande‘s Manchester concert Monday.

The rapper announced on Twitter Friday that he has pulled out of both the Soundset music festival in Minnesota and Sasquatch in Washington state, writing, “Thank you for understanding. I’ll be back. Love always.”

Miller, 25, met a forlorn-looking Grande, 23, at the airport in Florida on Tuesday when she returned to the US. Grande, who had been traveling with her mom, Joan Grande, said after the attack that she felt “broken.” Twenty-two people, including children, were killed.

Grande has since suspended her “Dangerous Woman” world tour — which had been scheduled to play at London’s 02 Arena on Friday and Saturday. Her performances have been canceled through June 5.
