Dee Clark, also known as the Secret Scarf Santa has been making crocheted accessories to and donating them to the population of Kansas City, Missouri, for the past few years. She often leaves her creations in public places, hanging them on trees, park benches and tables. Clark says it doesn't matter who takes one.
