Tottenham Hotspur: ‘We’re doomed’ – Spurs fans react to Champions League quarter-final tie with Manchester City

Supporters aren't happy with being drawn against the Premier League champions in Europe

The Champions League quarter-final draw has been made and Tottenham Hotspur fans can't believe their luck.

They were handed a tie with Premier League champions Manchester City, a team who they don't have much joy against in recent years.

Since May 2011, Spurs have lost 11 matches out of 16 and in those defeats lost - on aggregate - 35-8, so the history books don't make great reading.

There were three wins in a row in 2015-2016 but even then supporters are finding very little to be cheery about, especially as they will now face City on three occasions in April.

As per usual, Tottenham fans did at least show some good humour as they reacted to the draw and you can see the best from Twitter below.
